  WHAT WE OFFER

  Before the Conference/ Festival:

  • consultation: we’ll sit down with you via Zoom and determine exactly what you need.

  • promotion: we’ll create promotional content for you for newsletters, evite platforms, socia media…and post and monitor it.

  • tech set-up: we’ll set up your event on a secure channel that allows for (curated) audience participation and live-streaming to multiple social media platforms

  • run-of-show: we’ll provide a written blueprint of your event logistics calibrated down to the minute

  • instructions to guests: we’ll issue written logistical instructions to all speakers/ panelists with training sessions and follow-up reminders

  • dress rehearsal: we’ll do a run-through with you so everyone is super-comfortable

  At the Conference/ Festival:

  • red carpet/ opening party event kick-off per request

  • event producing: we’ll provide an experienced producer for each event to run the tech and liaise with your audience

    • we’ll provide assistant producers as necessary

    • Green Room before and after each event

    • dedicated troubleshooting team of producers

  • on-air hosts/ emcees: we’ll provide an experienced, on-camera host to emcee your conference/ festival per request

  • recording: we’ll record the entire Conference/ Festival

  After the Conference/ Festival

  • evergreen archiving: we can store your recording safely and forever, if you wish!

  • Data tracking: we’ll keep track of the size of your audience
