For Event Hosts

Hi, hosts! We LOVE hosting online events! And we know it can be unnerving. Let us make it easier—and fun!

WHAT WE OFFER:

Before the event:

• consultation: we’ll sit down with you via Zoom and determine exactly what you need.

• promotion: we’ll create promotional content for you for newsletters, evite platforms, socia media…and post and monitor it, so you don’t have to.

• tech set-up: we’ll set up your event on a secure channel that allows for (curated) audience participation and live-streaming to multiple social media platforms

• run-of-show: we’ll provide a written blueprint of your event logistics calibrated down to the minute

• dress rehearsal: we’ll do a run-through with you so everyone is super-comfortable

The Event

• event producing: we’ll provide an experienced producer for the event to run the tech and liaise with your audience

  • we’ll provide assistant producers as necessary

• recording: we’ll record your event for you

After the Event

• evergreen archiving: we can store your recording safely and forever, if you wish!
